Shipping Policy

We typically require 1-2 business days to process and make your order. Our products are shipped from London through Royal Mail, with an estimated shipping time of 3-5 days.

7 Days Exchange Policy

All shipping cost(s) and handling fees are non-refundable. Our return and exchange policy stipulates that customers may initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product. To ensure eligibility for an exchange, please make sure that the product packaging and receipt remain intact, and that the item can be resold without issue. Exchange/Refund requests without the original receipt or tag will not be accepted. We kindly ask that you notify us of any exchange requests within the allotted timeframe. Once the product is received, we will refund the cost of the product to the original form of payment within 3 to 5 business days. Shipping costs and handling fees are non-refundable.

Haloviva reserves the right to limit or deny returns or exchanges.


In case of order cancellation due to unavailability, you will receive a 100% refund. If you request a cancellation after the order is placed, 5% credit cancellation fee will be charged. This fee is charged to cover the costs we incur from the credit card companies for all orders.

Lost Packages

All packages are insured by DHL. In the unlikely event that a package is lost, you will receive a full refund.
